If we follow the order of nature, we can achieve everything possible with minimal effort. Most of what we do is supplementary, a product of the mind and conditioned by fears and worries that often don’t truly exist. By staying focused on what matters most—heart, intuition, and the intelligence of the body, where everything flows—the mind takes a secondary role.
